We need to have some slack for the project and this is it. Let's hope it's enough for us to finish our production on time.

Shameel (Final on Apr 9, 14 & 17):

• Polish and render sequence 7 & 8 by Apr 12 [done]

• Create PowerPoint presentation by our meeting on Apr 15 so we can rehearse [done]
   

Terence (Final on Apr 7, 11, 15 & 17):

• Polish and render sequences 1~4 by Apr 12 [done]

• Do more preprocessing for post-production if possible. For example, type an X-files kind of intro i.e. "7pm, Dec 25, 3030AD... Location: M&M Factory, M&M Land". Stop by Apr 12 [done]

• Composing the final video (fade in & fade out on sequence 1 and 8, sound effects & titles) and sent to list by Apr 12 [done]

Tai (Final on Apr 7, 9, 17 & 17):

• Polish sequence 6 by Apr 12 [done]

• Merge sequence 5 and 6 with Elissa by Apr 10 [done]

• Write a skit for the final presentation by Apr 12 [done]

• Update web page by Apr 12 [done]

Elissa (Final on Apr 9, 12 & 17):

• Merge sequence 5 and 6 with Tai by Apr 10 [done]

• Review skit by Apr 12 [done]

• Polish and render sequences 5 & 6 by Apr 12 [done]

• Review final web page by Apr 14 [done]

Theresa (Final on Apr 14, 16 & 17):

• Polish and render sequence 10 & 11 by Apr 12 [done]

• Review PowerPoint presentation on Apr 11 [done]

All:

• Meet online or in person on Mar 26 to discuss how the final rendering of scenes will be carried out & the possibility of writing a skit for the final presentation [done]

• Perform refinements and re-render. Analyze each sequence with the Lasseter's animation principles and produce mini-demos (i.e. slow motion replays) illustrating the principles. Due by Mar 30 [done]

• Get shadows into the final production by Apr 12 [done]

• Meet to rehearse final presentation on Apr 15 11am @ SFU Common Room [done]
